  • 1/2" exterior grade roof decking
  • 5/8" plywood flooring deck
  • 4" × 4" Wolmanized treated runners
  • Concrete blocks (2¼" × 8" × 16") placed every 4' under the treated runners

All buildings come primed beige / light tan in color. Door frame and trim is natural cedar. Choice of roof shingle color.
